Mechanical design of engine components

This design was realized during my third semester of my DUT in Mechanical and Production Engineering at the IUT of Bourges.

Job objective :

Design on a CAD software (Computer Aided Design) the engine of a CBX motorcycle. I had to assemble all the parts of the clutch. Then, I realized the part the assembly of the bearings, gears, seals, etc...

Software used :

Inventor (Suite Autodesk)

Total personal time spent :

around 50 hours 

Results:

It gave me a better understanding of how an engine works.
